^lpt^aO presente trabalho evidencia tanto a construção de um diagnóstico estrutural quanto de um caso clínico. A partir das concepções de neurose, perversão, fetiche, negação e estratégia de gozo, pretende-se, por meio da apresentação de fragmentos do atendimento de uma criança, construir uma hipótese diagnóstica. Seria um caso de perversão ou de uma "posição perversa" manifestada em um estrutura neurótica?^len^aFrom the conceptions of neurosis, perversion, fetish, negation, and the strategy of jouissance, it is intended through the presentation of fragments of a child's clinical case, to discuss the clinical structure of the subject in question.
