^lpt^aNeste artigo, realizo uma reflexão acerca dos CAPS - Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, serviços públicos de saúde mental, criados segundo as diretrizes da Reforma Psiquiátrica. Através da retomada dos aspectos éticos, técnicos e políticos subjacentes a tal dispositivo institucional, e por meio da aproximação dos mesmos da ética e da técnica psicanalítica, reflito sobre o momento atual de expansão dos CAPS em âmbito nacional e problematizo as questões da alta e da alienação na técnica, intensificadas por tal desenvolvimento.^len^aIn this paper, I develop a reflexion on the CAPS - Psychossocial Attention Centers - some public mental health institutions created according to the Psychiatric Reform guidelines. Through the resumption of some ethical, technical and political aspects that exist within the institutional technologies, and through their approximation along with the psychoanalytical ethics and techniques, I think over the actual expansion moment of the CAPS in a national scale, as well as the problems concerning the end of treatment and the alienation within the techniques, both heightened towards this development.^lfr^aÀ cet article, on fait une réflexion sur les CAPS - les Centres d’Attention Psychosocial, qui sont des services publiques pour la santé mentale crées en accord avec les directions donées par la Réforme Psychiatrique. À travers la reprendre des aspects éthiques, techniques et politiques sous-jacentes à ce dispositif institutionnel, et par leurs rapprochement autant de l’éthique que de la technique psychanalytique, on réfléchi sur l’expansion des CAPS chez notre territoire et en outre, on rend problématique des thèmes de la fin du traitement et de l’aliénation à la technique, lesquelles deviennent intensifiées par cet expansion.
