^lpt^aA partir das ideias de Winnicott de que "a psicoterapia deverá efetuar-se na sobreposição de duas áreas do brincar, a do paciente e a do terapeuta" e de que, "caso o paciente não seja capaz de brincar, o terapeuta deverá ajudá-lo a tornar-se capaz", pois "é por meio da apercepção criativa que o indivíduo sente a vida como digna de ser vivida", discorro sobre o caso de Luiza, mostrando sua tristeza e apatia diante do mundo ao ser retirada do ambiente materno pelo Conselho Tutelar e levada para uma Casa Lar, a partir da qual foi posteriormente disponibilizada para adoção. Este trabalho apresenta a trajetória da análise iniciada com o alheamento, a desesperança e os desencontros até a posterior descoberta da música, que deu à Luiza a oportunidade de experimentar o viver criativo e, assim, resgatar o sentimento de confiança e, principalmente, o desejo de prosseguir a vida.^len^aFrom the Winnicott ideas "psychotherapy should normally be made by the overlap of two areas of playing, the patient and the therapist" and "if the patient is unable to play, the therapist will help him to become able" because "it is through the creative apperception, the individual feels life as worth living", I discuss the Luiza history showing her sadness and apathy toward the world when the Guardian Council withdraw her from the maternal environment and led her to a refuge house where she remained available for adoption. Furthermore, this work presents the analysis path which started with her loneliness and hopelessness and with mismatches until the discovery of music which gave to Luiza the opportunity to experience creative living and thus to rescue the feeling of hopefulness and especially the desire to continue living.
