^lpt^aEste trabalho apresenta algumas concepções psicanalíticas sobre as relações grupais estabelecidas no contexto das instituições e pretende contribuir para uma compreensão mais aprofundada destas, de forma a instrumentalizar os trabalhos desenvolvidos nessa área. O estudo está baseado no pressuposto de que a instituição, ainda que seja um campo heterogêneo ao da psicanálise tradicional, constitui-se um dispositivo capaz de manifestar os efeitos do inconsciente, tornando possível um trabalho de orientação psicanalítica. O estudo parte da atuação profissional dos autores, além de trazer um recorte, ao final, de uma pesquisa de mestrado tratando do tema dos grupos nas instituições.^len^aThis paperwork presents some ideas on the psychoanalytic group relations established in the context of institutions, and intends to contribute to a deeper understanding in order to exploit the work in this area. The study is based on the assumption that the institution, even being a heterogeneous field of traditional psychoanalysis, is a device capable of showing the effects of the unconscious, making it possible study of psychoanalytic inspiration. The study is based on the professional performance of the authors, besides bringing a fragment sample of a Masters research dealing with groups themes in institutions.
