In this article, from the discomfort caused by the near absence of women on the covers of business magazine Você S/A (from January 2012 to July 2013, only one cover shows a woman expert), we seek to discuss the discourses related to how women are presented as executives, articulating the discussion on gender. It is noticed, based on a discourse analysis from Foucault's perspective, that the idea of "female nature" remains on the agenda, indicating that women and men have different innate characteristics. Operating on the basis of this assumption, in this magazine, the comparison measure of such female characteristics goes through men and position women among places of fragility, sensitivity, lack, and seduction. We have made observations about the political importance of continuing discussing the "new-old" garments of media constructions about women.
