This article is part of the training in Educational Psychology with a group of 12 students between 3 and 5 years old from a private school. The school board asked us to observe a child who was being aggressive in order to help the teacher. This child was seen as bad by colleagues, colleagues parents as well as the teachers because of the anti-social behavior in the classroom. Based on the systemic presupposition as well as the cultural-historical thought the objective of this intervention was to change the narratives about the child as well as the crystallized roles within the group.
