Coaching is a practice which every day has gotten more and more followers in Brazil, making up its way not only in sports activities but also in the organizational world. It is a relationship distinguished by the fact that the coach is committed to help the coachee in acquiring the skills and/or making specific changes to reach an specific result, this process is based on a professional relationship of trust. We noticed the gains as the guiding principle in sports, and to help in this procedure, there is a sport psychologist, who would also work in the relationship area.  For this research, we interviewed seven athletes from the Brazilian Team of Rhythmic Gymnastics and their coach. We have seen that the relationship established between the coach and the athletes resembles, in some aspects, the coaching process. It is also marked the absence of the psychologist the Brazilian Team of GRD and the importance which this professional could have while working with the team.
