The following investigation presents the topic of the organizational diagnosis, considered as a pillar for structure and control the effectiveness of the organizational change process. The diagnosis is a description of the organization present situation and it looks for the integral knowledge of the organizational performance, on which develops strategies for to face up to the changes. We show a socio psychological diagnosis model of the organizations, which integrates seven variables with direct relation with the organizational effectiveness. The model considers the organizations as complexes socials systems, for which conceives the organizational effectiveness as result of the dynamics relation between their variables.
