KNUST, Sérgio Ricardo Alves; SEIDL, Eliane Maria Fleury    FACAS, Emílio Peres. Psychosocial risks in a federal legislative shorthand department: a quantitative analysis. []. , 12, 3, pp.921-948. ISSN 1983-3482.  https://doi.org/10.4013/ctc.2019.123.11.

This study was based on the Psychodynamics of Work as a theoretical reference. The goal was to map psychosocial risks present in a legislative shorthand federal department, from the investigation of characteristics of prescript organization of work, management styles, pathogenic suffering and physical and psychosocial damage. In this way, it sought to quantitatively characterize these risks linked to the application of the Protocol of Psychosocial Risks at Work's Evaluation - PPRWE - in 119 effective servers of this department. The results of applying the PPRWE indicate that there is low risk of pathogenic suffering and physical and psychosocial damage, and medium risk according to prescript organization of work, with moderate presence of managerial and collective styles. What characterized negatively the organization of work were the characteristics linked to the nature of the tasks and the relationship with the management, especially regarding the lack of transparency in decision-making and planning deficit.
