This work shares the meeting between teaching and learning in the supervision space, from an experience report of a internship in Gestalt-therapy at a public university. Our proposal is not to built a model of practice, but to narrate a situated experience, marked by a live contact. Supported by this experience, we will present questions that emerged from and in this dialog between supervisor and interns, raising sensitive discoveries, through the theoretical-practical articulation of Gestalt-therapy and the care experienced in supervision. We bring to discussion the importance of acceptance in supervision, enabling the students to find their own way of being a therapist, accessing a creative and singular dimension. We emphasize this initiation at the university as process of formation and care for the construction of a practice and a learning that never ends, but stands at alongside as professionals and for that this first mark reverberates through the trajectory.
