^lpt^aO texto procura relacionar educação, direitos humanos e compromisso social. A questão da educação se baseia na formação de psicólogos e docentes, considerando as orientações nacionais da educação em direitos humanos, problematizando os cenários da formação/licenciatura em psicologia e o espaço para a prática do docente em disciplinas de psicologia no ensino médio. O compromisso social se apresenta, no texto, como um modo de designar um projeto existente, hoje, para a psicologia brasileira. Consideram-se, como suas características, a preocupação e a inserção, na psicologia, dos aspectos da realidade, de modo a configurar epistemologias e metodologias marcadas pela relação entre a subjetividade, a constituição do sujeito e a transformação da realidade. Neste sentido, esses três elementos indicados no título podem se relacionar numa formação crítica em Psicologia.^len^aThis essay explores the relationship between education, human rights, and social commitment. The issue of the education of psychologist and teacher training is based on the national guidelines for education of human rights. It also brings into question the circumstances in which training takes place, as well as whether or not there is room for teaching this discipline in high schools. Social commitment today is seen as a way of designating an existing project to Brazilian psychology. The main components of this project are the concern and inclusion of the realistic aspects of the Science of Psychology in order to configure epistemologies and methodologies identified by the relationship between subjectivity, the subject's constitution, and social change. As such, it can be seen that education, human rights, and social commitment are interrelated in a critical approach to psychology education.
