^lpt^aEste artigo visa problematizar alguns enunciados e discursos que sustentam a homossexualidade como uma forma de sexualidade abjeta e que promovem um ideal regulatório heterossexual por todo campo social. Evidenciam-se enunciados teológicos, jurídicos e científicos que fizeram proliferar discursos heteronormativos e que contribuíram para a construção da homofobia. Sustento que não é possível pensar em homofobia sem considerar as tramas discursivas sobre as quais a homossexualidade foi enunciada. Diante do campo de problemas visibilizado durante o texto, problematizam-se algumas considerações ético-políticas necessárias à psicologia brasileira contemporânea.^len^aThis paper aims to problematize some statements and discourses that support homosexuality as an abject sexuality and that promote a heterosexual regulatory ideal throughout the entire social field. This work highlights some theological, legal and scientific statements that made proliferate heteronormative discourses and that contributed to the construction of the homophobia. I argue that it is not possible to think about homophobia without considering the discursive wefts on which homosexuality was stated. Considering the field of problems shown during the text, it is also problematized some ethical and political considerations that are necessary to contemporary Brazilian psychology.
