^les^aSe aborda una reflexión teórica sobre el trato al otro que tiene como antecedente una investigación en curso que reconstruye historias de vida de civiles y ex militares que ayudaron a perseguidos/as políticos en la dictadura cívico militar chilena (1973 - 1989). Dichos relatos, dan testimonio de una memoria que se la ha mantenido relegada de la narrativa oficial, inclusive si consideramos la historia de las víctimas, así como lo que muestra esa memoria anclada en testimonios y biografías silenciadas: en medio del terror de la dictadura se produjeron formas del lazo social, subjetividades y resistencias que dan cuenta de la dimensión ética del lazo y la relación al otro, es decir, formas del lazo que la dictadura militar intentó clausurar, del mismo modo que en la actualidad, el ideal neoliberal individualista, indica a esa forma del lazo como propia de otra época pretérita e inexistente. En función de estos hallazgos preliminares se interroga el valor de la memoria, el trabajo de pensamiento y el lugar de la ética desde las perspectivas del psicoanálisis, así como de algunos planteamientos de la filosofía política en el contexto de la sociedad chilena actual.^len^aIt deals with a theoretical reflection on the treatment of the other that has as antecedent an ongoing investigation that reconstructs life histories of civilians and ex-military that helped political persecuted in the Chilean military civic dictatorship (1973 - 1989). These stories testify to a memory that has remained relegated from the official narrative, even if we consider the history of the victims, as well as in terms of what that memory shows anchored in silent testimonies and biographies: In the midst of the terror of the dictatorship, forms of the social bond, subjectivities, and resistances were produced that account for the ethical dimension of the bond and the relationship to the other, that is, forms of the bond that the military dictatorship tried to close, in the same way as in Today, the individualist neoliberal ideal, indicates that form of the bond as belonging to another past and nonexistent era. Based on this finding, the value of memory, work of thought and the place of ethics are questioned from the perspectives of psychoanalysis and some approaches to political philosophy in the context of current Chilean society.^lpt^aEste documento aborda uma reflexão teórica sobre o tratamento do outro que tem como pano de fundo uma pesquisa contínua que reconstrói histórias de vida de civis e ex-militares que ajudaram a perseguir politicamente na ditadura civil-militar chilena (1973-1989). Estas histórias testemunham uma memória que foi relegada da narrativa oficial, mesmo se considerarmos a história das vítimas, bem como o que esta memória mostra ancorada em testemunhos e biografias silenciadas: Em meio ao terror da ditadura, foram produzidas formas do vínculo social, subjetividades e resistências que explicam a dimensão ética do vínculo e a relação com o outro, ou seja, formas do vínculo que a ditadura militar tentou fechar, da mesma forma que hoje, o ideal neoliberal individualista, indica essa forma do vínculo como pertencente a outra era passada e inexistente. Com base nessas conclusões preliminares, questionamos o valor da memória, o trabalho de pensamento e o lugar da ética a partir das perspectivas da psicanálise, bem como algumas abordagens da filosofia política no contexto da atual sociedade chilena.
