The paper discusses the metapsychological effects of Zupančič's proposal (negative ontology of the sexual) and the political-epistemological effects of Preciado's manifesto (for a mutant psychoanalysis) in the interpretation of the concepts of ego, infantile sexuality and sexual difference, and their direct implications in the method and in the ethics of psychoanalysis.
