The "Clinical Case Construction" method is becoming an important tool for clinical research in psychoanalysis to conduct and evaluate the treatment process in the institutional practice. The diagnostic discussion, the singular expression of symptoms, the transference relationship, the demands and the various moments of the treatment are elements for the case construction which guides the teamwork. From these elements it is possible to extract a singular logic of the symptom in each case, as a means for the psychoanalyst to make a difference in the collective work.
