Important changes occur continuously in business world. Managers and employees should be prepared for these changes, constantly improving their knowledge, skills and abilities to work in a business environment different and complex. Within this context, learning becomes a major competitive advantage for the corporation that intends to leverage their strengths and opportunities, and to neutralize their threats and points of weakness. The acquisition of knowledge is clearly linked to the learning process and is much more than a mere accumulation of data and information. To ponderate the relationship between knowledge and learning is also to emphasize the different types of knowledge needed in business situations, as well as a variety of modes and levels of learning. Therefore, the learning process is no longer an exclusive concern of the academic scope and became a concern of the most competitive corporations. Thus, this study aims to reflect about learning as a competitive strategy, as well as the position of psychopedagogists within this context.
