This brief communication presents two cognitive-behavioral interventions in university clinical schools. The first experience consisted of a psychoeducational group activity with university students in Recife (PE), whose goal was to promote health and integration between psychology students from the initial semesters and the graduating students, through relaxation training and discussions on the challenges of professional formation and the alternatives in Psychology. The activities were carried out by seven facilitators (interns and volunteers at the clinic) in five weekly meetings of an hour each. Three groups of different days and times were offered, into which 24 students of both sexes enrolled. For all groups the structure of the intervention was identical, varying only in the content covered in the third and fourth meetings, depending on the theme suggested by the participants. Students and facilitators stressed positive and negative aspects, as well as suggestions for further interventions. The second report describes the experience developed in Natal (RN) of two treatment groups with social anxiety. As a result, they found that at the end of the psychotherapeutic process, the 58 participants were less anxious and more extroverted. It is discussed that both experiences contributed to greater coordination and assistance to university students, and contributed to a better professional qualification of the students of psychology.
