The article approaches the social concern with the economic cost of practical the therapeutical ones. Three logical times for the calculation of the clinic are considered, which are: instant of looking at, time to understand, moment to conclude. In these times he is salient that the subject is the object that if must calculate. When detaching the analytical orientation for the evaluation affirms that the first one to have for the psychoanalysis is to listen what it works against the enunciated ideal, the univocal requirement of the measure, that led to silence.
