The present study deals with working conditions and professional wear in workers in the health sector. He had intended to investigate the existence of significant correlations between the results of: 1) organizational climate, 2) motivation and job satisfaction and 3) professional wear. Take it out were used for organizational climate Test, Test motivation and job satisfaction and Maslach Burnout Inventory under a non-experimental design, type post-facto, transversal, descriptive, analytical and field format survey, with random sample of 4,755 workers belonging to 18 hospitals in the Health Sector of the city of Mexico and Mexico State. Results reported workers with: conflicts in 30%, low motivation employee satisfaction and job dissatisfaction 25.9% and syndrome of Burnout 28.3%. The subscales of tests that have significant relation p 0.05; χ2 0.70, are: 1) motivation and job satisfaction with MBI χ2 Test = - 0.80: workers who have low motivation and job satisfaction often have high professional wear. (2) MBI and χ category2= 0.74; workers who have high professional categories wear medical and nursing of womankind. It is concluded that workers who have low motivation and labour disputes are more likely to suffer from wear and tear with higher incidence in the female gender and professional.
