ALVES, Rafaela Brandão e ALMEIDA, Marcela Toledo França de. Sublimation: death and life on the move. Cad. psicanal. [online]. 2016, vol.38, n.35, pp.161-177. ISSN 1413-6295.
The sublimation process holds unfathomable issues however. However, through creation, the desire ethics can be accessed. Ethics that comes from an aesthetic path to psychoanalysis, which holds and tightens the antithetical faces of the experience between Eros and Thanatos, Beautiful and Hideous, and the familiar stranger. In this article, ethics and aesthetics meet Hilda Hilst's texts, which invite us to follow the writing from a subjective position, dissolving the imaginary detachment from the other and generating proximity to the Other, keeping the reader in a strangely familiar tension.
