Two personality assessment techniques, NEO-PI-R ( Costa & McCrae) and MIPS (Millon), in their Spanish Argentine adaptations, were administered to an adult general population sample (N: 500) living in Buenos Aires city and its suburban area, aging 21 to 50 years old. Correlations between the five factors and bipolarities were calculated and their factorial structures were analyzed. Important empirical relationships between them were found.
