FERNANDES, Josefa Maria Dias da Silva. Ideals and the feminine universe: the identity borders and the parental function. Rev. bras. psicanál [online]. 2020, vol.54, n.4, pp.101-116. ISSN 0486-641X.
ABSTRACT In this article the author aims to highlight the female universe. It also seeks to emphasize that, in the identification processes, when parental functions are not clearly exercised, they hinder this process, generating identifications with the object's edge and not with the total object. To this end, through clinical reports, it describes an analytical process in which it highlights the early traumatic experience lived by the patient with the parental couple and the damage caused in the constitution of their femininity. In the prevalence of the functioning of primitive mental states, in which the female function is not well constituted, it is salutary the breadth of the emotional experience lived with the psychoanalyst who, in the exercise of her analytical function, promotes conditions of living emotional records, dreaming together with the patient or even for her, contributing to the constitution and symbolic representation of her existence and new resources for emotional life.
