The rehab professional (RP) services in Brazil, rendered to Social Welfare provide to the disabled persons ways to train themselves and return to labor activities after a work leave for disability. Due to diverse areas involved, the concept of PR, as well as the type of service and the beneficiary are not consensually. The objective is to investigate the integration of people with disabilities (PWD) in RP in Brazil. It was held a literature review based on Capes database with the followed terms "professional rehab", "return to work", and "work reintegration", combined to the "disabled persons" term, reading them title and abstracts, selecting the articles who were published in Portuguese that the main contain had PR. In the initial search, were found 534 studies, after reading the abstracts, 17 studies were selected to fully reading and only 12 attended to the inclusion criteria of this study. Although the legislation has incorporated the right of the PR to people with mental and mental disorders, stands the confusion on the term application, the difficulty to stablishing the user and the characteristics of the provided service.
