WERNER, Sheyla; FREITAS, Cláudia Rodrigues de e CECCIM, Ricardo Burg. “Young offenders”?: Education, political psychology and media discourses. Rev. psicol. polít. [online]. 2019, vol.19, n.46, pp.489-508. ISSN 2175-1390.
According to media vehicles, news information statements aboutyounglings fulfilling socio-educational measures are analysedobserving its influence on "education of culture" and "educationalformation". Theory-wise, it employs Foucauldian Discourse Analysis, as it appears on online media, accessible to readers, disseminable and replicable across multiple ways of digital communication, covering years 2010-2017. If younglings involved in infractions are being renamed by laws andprotective or socioedu-cational measures, along the last century, in a collective effort in culture and in science, it 's possible to identify a discursive reinstitution in press: delinquency and minority. An alarming data: the increase of events andgrowth, in media, of thepolitical narrative of exclusion and repulsion, along with the tremors on the national political environment, which was translated as a peak involving the "2013 protests", a fall, a new elevation during the presidential impeachment and an ascension during the implantation of a non-elected governmentproject.
