This study aimed to reflect on how Gestalt Therapy can help with training for educators of children and adolescents under. Gestalt therapy, understood beyond a theoretical support, from this study is also a way of being in the world, to experience the relationship. This understanding served as the backdrop for developing a research methodology which was built a record of 192 hours of training meetings for two Municipal Programs Institutional Home. The prepared material was organized based on the items of the Report Service Group of the Institute for Gestalt Therapy and Family Service model - IGT, who worked as a script to present the figure as I highlighted during participation in meetings as part of training for educators. The reflections of the material extracted and grounded in the theoretical supports for foster care and Gestalt Therapy, allowed the perception of how this experience has allowed me to look at the relationship I established with educators and to present the demonstrations, an instrument for inferences about the training process, thereby pointing to a rich contribution of Gestalt Therapy in addition to offices.
