Based on the identification of the factors, different strategies of health promotion, of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention were evaluated, analyzing these prevention strategies from different theoretical frameworks. Regarding the comparison of different primary, secondary and tertiary prevention strategies, and health promotion, it is concluded that it is an area of capital importance to improve the quality of life of the people, as well as to stop the course of a Disorders of the Alimentary Conduct. Tertiary prevention has been the most studied to date, which shows that more should still be investigated about primary and secondary prevention.
