FERNANDES, Marilia Nunes; GOMIDE JUNIOR, Sinésio  e  OLIVEIRA, Áurea de Fátima. Organizational health: a proposed analysis model. Rev. Psicol., Organ. Trab. [online]. 2011, vol.11, n.1, pp.54-65. ISSN 1984-6657.

This variable is related to the quality of organizational management of physical and human subsystems. The results were discussed based on the use of the construct of organizational health as a management instrument, and a research agenda has been suggested
