The text evaluates repercussions of different forms of violence and the father's absence about the children's subjectivities, now built under the marks of the secularization, loss of valor of the traditional hierarchies and of the family and community authority. Method: bibliographical research and critic analysis. Results: Criticize the lack of a care project in the ambit of the families, of the state, of the school. Without professional education and work, the youths are forced "to enlist" in the rows of the traffic to guarantee the survival and the acquisition of consumer goods. The psychological health is shown affected for the slopes of the phenomenon violence resultant of the chaos that the state and the family live. Conclusion: The considerations about the Paternity, Violence and chemical dependence are shown opportune for the elaboration of research projects and intervention in health. The Psychology and the Occupational therapy contribute to facing of some psychological repercussions and in the occupational acting of the infant-juvenile subjectivities.
