SILVEIRA, Katia Gregório Bittencourt  e  DIAS, Maria Sara de Lima. The categories of community social psychology as a device for the construction of practices in SUS. Rev. Psicol. Saúde [online]. 2016, vol.8, n.1, pp.07-13. ISSN 2177-093X.  https://doi.org/10.20435/2177093X2016106.

The article seeks to show the importance of the categories of Community Social Psychology to the construction of the practices under the SUS. It is required to understand that an expanded concept of health involves the question about prevention and about integral attendance of the person. The method used here was the review, the analysis and the discussion of the literature about the theme. It starts with the SUS's history where it presents its regulatory framework in a hierarchic way since the Health's Conference, here after it presents some of the Community's Social Psychology categories. Considering that it is fundamental to the social actors who dedicate themselves to public health know the categories that seek autonomy like empowerment, awareness, process of participation and strengthening. Such categories may be devices for the construction of the psychologist's practices and be guiding principles of the professional activities's model prescribed by SUS.
