MAGNUS, Cláudia de Negreiros e MERLO, Álvaro Roberto Crespo. Clinical Psychodynamics of Work: building a collective in real research. Rev. Polis Psique [online]. 2015, vol.5, n.3, pp.179-197. ISSN 2238-152X.
This article relates the course of our research project using the Clinical Psychodynamic of Work methodology as developed by Dejours in all its stages and phases. It focuses on the methods used in the field of Labor Law in the 4th Region, the Federal Regional Court in Porto Alegre, RS Brazil, in the training of a collective of judges: junior lower-court judges, lower-court judges and superior-court State or Federal judges. We analyse the formative steps of the clinic and the strategies used to create and maintain a space for discussion within the collective-one of the main challenges of the research. To support our proposition, we make use of references from psychodynamics from the perspective of the Clinic of Cooperation in order to both understand the context and the creation of a web of relations between the participants and the institution under study. Despite the obstacles and issues encountered in the process, the richness of the study was revealed in our monitoring of the collective mobilization through their experience of creative suffering-but not pathogenic-which can come to be seen as the transformational power of work.
