MACHADO, Alexsandro dos Santos; SANTOS, Irene Reis dos  e  ARENHALDT, Rafael. (Auto)biographical narratives of youth leaderships: emerging pedagogies in the participation of student councils. Desidades [online]. 2020, n.27, pp.63-76. ISSN 2318-9282.

This paper shows the results of students' participation in student council in schools from the city of Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, Brazil. Our purpose was to analyze the (auto)biographical narratives of the guild members, capturing pedagogies emerging from this process of implication of oneself with others, in interaction. We asked: What do they think about their participation? What are the barriers to their participation, and how do they manage to overcome them? How important is the promotion of the student council for the development of these young people? Our methodology was based on dialog-interviews, leading to oral and written (auto)biographical narratives. Data were analyzed through practical hermeneutics based on the processes of biographization and heterobiographization of respondents. We conclude by presenting reflections on the multiple, emerging pedagogies which establish networks of support and assistance among subjects in learning communities, as indicated by the pedagogies of trust, gesture and asceticism.

Palavras-chave : (auto)biographic narratives; youth; emerging pedagogies; student council.
