It is to list here, some important points by which worked through in researching and performing the presentation of this work in this, the XXXIV edition of the Day of the psychoanalysis Psychoanalytic Circle of Minas Gerais (CPMG) with the theme “Family ties: a puzzle”. One of the points reflect on family configurations understudied by psychoanalytic theory on African cultures in contribution with different field of knowledge. Another important point was to make possible a confrontation with psychoanalysis, from a society with non-European and Western traditions and practices. So having to ask all the time as it is the Oedipus. This core structure of psychoanalysis in society with different ethnic groups such as the Wolof tribe in Senegal, specifically in the city of Dakar. Finally, think of an analytical clinic, from the Freudian framework, with foreign subjects from different countries and ethnic groups of the African continent before the transition and migration in recent years worldwide.
