Our society provides many ways of living and it is important to recreate different kinds of learning and teaching in order to be an educator. This educator becomes fully prepared when he/she is milling to know him/herself and the order as a participant in a certain journey. This text suggests a reflection and an answer to a question: who emerges from this metacognitive work? Experience has shown us that a person who recognizes him/herself and is delighted at facing new challenges, and learns from this trajectory and its connections becomes comes a knowledgeable person. We emphasize that being a teacher is to face challenges that go beyond the classes. This study becomes essential as it differentiates self-knowledge from and it demonstrates that self- knowledge is the path to build this knowledgeable teacher.
