Interdisciplinarity is a necessary model for the development of the current scientific activity. In the analysis of the human behavior and specially in the study of the human behavior and the Court, an interdisciplinary model is necesary for the development of the current scientific activity, because of the forensic formulation must be sustained in the advances of the scientific disciplines that interact in the scientific study of the human behavior and particularly in the investigations made in legal psychology. The aim of this article, is to show that in the study of the human behavior with forensic objectives, an intrusism between psychiatry and psychology does not exist and that both disciplines must interact and collaborate to reach the appraised value of Justice.
