ALBERTI, Sonia. A perversão, o desejo e a pulsão. Rev. Mal-Estar Subj. [online]. 2005, vol.5, n.2, pp.341-360. ISSN 1518-6148.

Based on Freud's orientation and on the ethics of psychoanalysis, this article intends to verify how theory dissociates perversion and corruption, which is often not clear in the psychological discourse. In common sense, in dictionnary definitions, for instance, perversion can be associated to corruption, depravation, evil... but when it gets to our clinical work there are no rules about that! Perversion, as a psychoanalytic concept, has not necessary anything to do with corruption, eventhough many texts pretending to be very modern, do still associate them. A centennial from Freud's text Three essays for the sexual theory (1905), the article questions the existance of an abysmal difference between infant and adult sexuality, and articulates both with the desire of the Other and the designs of the superego. These will determine, as Lacan precises, the drive (Trieb) in relation to the object of the Other's jouissance. It verifies theoretically the interaction between those references, the castration of the Other and the civilization and its discontents. In the developpment, perversion, desire and drive will be studied in interaction with Lacan's schema of desire which will be studied step by step.

Palavras-chave : Perversion corruption; desire; drive; jouissance.
