Resumo

Through a case study, this paper aims to illustrate the route taken by a child during his analytic treatment and the delicate management that enabled him to reposition in the ways to drive satisfaction. In this case, the link transference to the analyst led to Vitório, a boy six years, again during the sessions, the horror of living as an abandonment and a lack of knowledge about their origins that made him afraid to be again left at the mercy of the enigma of Other's desire. With the work of analysis, but Vitório could walk toward what could not be seen known, developing a knowledge and putting it into action, making the choice not to remain in place for abandoned and symbolically elaborating the meaning of leaving , giving new meaning to the experience in relation to his mother. Thus, the case exemplifies a proposal knowing that Vitório was able to somehow accept and by which he did (re)structure their fantasy, which in turn had an effect on their symptoms. Thus, from the uniqueness of the case presented, we can conclude that the construction of knowledge is one of the possible results to be obtained from the analysis with children and that this construction provides a movement of the subject in relation to their symptoms. These findings allow to advance the field of that clinic.
