LEITE, André Luiz da Silva. Psychosis and ethical suffering : exclusion and your consequences.. IGT rede [online]. 2017, vol.14, n.26, pp.87-108. ISSN 1807-2526.

Psychosis to Gestalt therapy is a form of creative adjustment in the face of demands for affection or social bond, where the subject tries to find possibilities in the face of conflict situations. When these demands do not stop, the psychotic sees himself deprived of excitements layer or function from id, corresponding attempts to meet the demands arising from the social bond. Given the precariousness in articulating front of these ostensible demands, the subject is forced to respond in a disjointed and poor form, which we call outbreak, perceived with certain strangeness, bringing a series of consequences and losses in the social life of these subjects. In this paper we propose a description of the social consequences suffered by psychotic because of the failure of the adjustments in the field through self theory proposed by Perls, Hefferline and Goodman, introducing new forms of reading the gestalt clinics, in particular the clinic ethical suffering and intervention in the inclusion adjustments as possibility to restore the citizenship of these subjects. To compose the study, a research bibliographic was conducted, and as result, it is concluded that the social stigma and exclusion of these subjects do not correspond to our appeals is what actually lead them to suffer in pain frames.
