MARCHI, Barbara Frigini De; TRISTAO, Kelly Guimarães    ALTOE, Rafael Moura. WOMEN AND THE FEMININE IN ANALYTICAL PSYCHOLOGY: A SCOPING REVIEW. Constr. psicopedag. []. 2024, 34, 35, pp.32-48.   24--2024. ISSN 1415-6954.  https://doi.org/10.37388/cp2024/v34n35a02.

This study aimed to identify and synthesize national scientific research about women and feminine in the field of Analytical Psychology. A scoping review was developed through searches of scientific articles published in Portuguese between the years 2002 and 2022 in the SciELO, PePSIC and LILACS databases. A hundred and thirty-nine papers were initially identified, but after the selection process its resulted in seven. These were analyzed according to content analysis and then categorized into two meaning cores: relationships and eating disorders. The first category covers female relationships, whether women have relationships with themselves, with partners and family members or with collectives. The second discusses the relationship between eating disorders and the psychic development of women, in particular the catalytic effect of the emotions that eating takes on and the suffocation of the feminine by patriarchal dynamics. Both categories address the aspect of lack (losses, abandonment and emotional emptiness) and excess (idealizations, judgments and nutrition), thus leading to the discussion about the individuation process as it deals with the possibility of expanding consciousness as a knowledge and healthy relationships with internal (unconscious) and external others, therefore, the development of research on the subject is essential. The research, however, showed that there are gaps in the area, since given the temporal extension of the research, few articles were found and with restricted themes.
