CARVALHO, Maria Aparecida de    TOSTA, Rosa Maria. THE INFLUENCE OF THE CARE OF THE TEACHERS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECTIVE CONSTITUTION. Constr. psicopedag. []. 2024, 34, 35, pp.49-65.   24--2024. ISSN 1415-6954.  https://doi.org/10.37388/cp2024/v34n35a05.

The objective of this article was to point out the perception that educators – teachers and coordinator – of a Child Education Center (CEI) of the Municipality of São Paulo (PMSP) have about the care practiced in their daily functions, as part of the emotional development of children, as well as what place this knowledge operates in everyday practice. The psychoanalytical method was used for the analysis of five semi-directed interviews, carried out within the educational unit. The age group (0 to 3 years and 11 months) served by the CEIs comprises a phase of development to which important authors of psychoanalysis give relevance. The explanation of the theme was based on excerpts extracted from the interviews, grounded in psychoanalysis – especially Donald W. Winnicott and contributions from his commentators and authors who, in some way, establish a dialogue between psychoanalysis. With the research results, we seek to reflect and contribute with interventions that contemplate education, on two fronts, namely: with discussions that guide the construction of public policies in early childhood education; about the teacher’s care as a driver and participant in the subjective constitution of the child, a teacher who shows himself with the ability to exercise good enough care, even without having appropriated the theorizations. For, although they do not know it, the educators, in many actions and speeches, present precepts of psychoanalysis, and this exchange is promising, insofar as some of their concepts can effectively contribute, providing support to the environment and actions, in order to re-signify education, with prevention, and also in health promotion.
