On ethics in Heiddeger and Wittgenstein. Nat. hum. []. 2000, 2, 1, pp.129-144. ISSN 1517-2430.
The article starts by drawing a parallel between the question of being in the early Wittgenstein and the early Heidegger. It goes on by explaining the thesis that, in both authors, the problem of ethics is as central as the problem of being in order to conclude that what separates them is a desagreement concerning the essence of language. It continues by showing that this desagreement increaces with time, Wittgenstein becoming more and more sceptical and Heidegger, to the contrary, more and more assertive of a non-objetifying mode of speach. At the end, a hint is given on how the late Wittgenstein might be "bypassed" in the light of the second Heidegger.
