This text narrates compositions woven in the midst of participation in extension activities of two brazilian public universities, which have been rehearsing to sew clinical practices with feminist struggle in an intersectional perspective, understanding that the psychic suffering of brazilian women from the urban periphery and from traditional communities is an effect of inequalities of class, race, gender, and region of the city. These two initiatives ended up spinning a network of relationships between universities and communities linked by projects created from the pressing demands of the living territories in which they are located. This encounter is crossed with violence and loss that are heard in a society that every day expands a necropolitical way of governing. We exercise the act of naming a feminist clinic and end up finding the political exercise of women articulated in social movements. The singularity of women is weaved in the setbacks of the designated functions in the history of this colonized country. Thus, this clinical approach is not only interested in family plots, but also wants to face totalizing forms and dominant codes, and, in this direction, affirms the radical nature of an inseparability between clinic and politics.
