Teenage pregnancy is considered a serious public health problem, because of the multitude of factors associated and implications for society, the economy and health. Study of descriptive-correlational and cross-sectional design, where one survey used the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and the Inventory of Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation (ISSHL). The sample consisted of 30 pregnant adolescents, finding prevalence of depression of 33.4%, and 56.6% of suicidal ideation, there was significant relationship [r = 531] [sig. = 0.003] between depression and ideation suicide. Pregnant teens have levels of mild or moderate depression, and suicidal ideation levels of high, medium and high.
