Resumen

WAHBA, Liliana Liviano. The teaching of Analytical Psychology and the student’s development. Bol. psicol [online]. 2007, vol.57, n.126, pp. 71-76. ISSN 0006-5943.

The teaching of Analytical Psychology at the university encompasses three main objectives that may be termed academic-informative, indication of theoretical and practical application, and educational- formative. In the experience with graduate and post-graduate PUCSP’s students, these objectives had been observed during classes, defining their range and function, as well as the roles carried out by the teacher within each of the stages of these objectives. It is clear during these courses that reflection is stimulated according to symbols that emerge in each situation, favoring the students’ development in the family, culture and university. The reach of the teaching is pedagogic-psychological, according to the individuation process proposed by Carl G. Jung.

Palabras clave : Teaching; Human development; Individuation process.
