The objective of this study is to present the results obtained using Sandplay Therapy in the treatment of three children, 6 to 9 years old, who had been diagnosed as obsessive-compulsive. This research is the first study to apply Sandplay therapy to such cases. The study was developed using a qualitative-quantitative method, which enabled a qualitative analysis of the verbal expressions and images of each setting to be made, followed by a quantitative analysis of these data. The therapeutic process was divided into three periods: beginning, intermediary and conclusion. The psychological structure of each child was changed for at the end of the psychotherapeutic process there was a remission of their symptoms and they no longer receive pharmacological treatment.
