SUEHIRO, Adriana Cristina Boulhoça; SANTOS, Acácia Aparecida Angeli dos; HATAMOTO, Clarice Tsuguico  and  CARDOSO, Marcelo Moraes. Vulnerability to stress and satisfaction in Work in Family Health program professionals. Bol. psicol [online]. 2008, vol.58, n.129, pp. 205-218. ISSN 0006-5943.

The present study sought convergent-discriminate validity evidence among the Escala de Vulnerabilidade ao Estresse no Trabalho and the Escala de Satisfação no Trabalho, as well as it analyzed eventual differences among the participants related to age and educational level. Fifty-five professionals of the Family Program, all female, with ages between 18 and 52 years (M=32,95; DP=8,38) answered both tests in group. The results showed, as expected, significant negative correlation among the scales, and largest indexes were reached in the items related to the financial earnings and perspective of professional progress. Beside that, it was found positive and significant correlation between the educational level of the participants and the dimension satisfaction with nature of work.
