This paper presents a research about children’s representations about two fairy tales in order to analyze some aspects of their emotions and intelligence, related to stories’ representation. The main theoretical background was the Piagetian approach about emotions, interests, affective valorizations and judgments about stories’ characters. The analysis showed that older children based their judgments and valorizations on abstract characters’ aspects, while younger children presented concrete and material choices.
