Abstract

MORAES, Thiago Fernandes de  and  MORATO, Henriette Tognetti Penha. The family’s mobility: Research in a psychosocial-clinic approach. Bol. psicol [online]. 2011, vol.61, n.134, pp. 79-92. ISSN 0006-5943.

This study intends to find an alternative clinical way, through a psychosocial-clinic approach, that allows knowing and understanding the family in the post modernity. An academic intervention took place in a community (Le Piagge) at the boundaries of the city of Florence (Italy). In such territory, constituted by popular houses for low income citizens, with serious social problems, interviews were realized with the tenants to know and comprehend their way to be a family. The existential phenomenology allows a supplemental comprehension of relationships between people, using board diaries, and beginning from historical-social studies. To give sense to be would soothe the suffering and the crisis originated exactly in the missing of meaning. So to give meaning to be become the center of a clinic based on the solicit attitude; accepting other’s experiences.

Keywords : Family; Existential phenomenology; Psychosocial clinic; Sense; Narrative; Italy.
