This article discusses some theoretical contributions in the field of the human sexuality, as well as, important concepts and their articulation as sex, gender, motricity and sexual orientation. I avoided taking the comfortable posture politically correct when trying to discuss these categories of the sexuality based on new data and evidences. The purpose of this discussion is to reorganize some theories in order to clarify this subject to guide future researches with more explanatory stamp. That is, future researches that would produce useful data for future comparison to help to clarify some of the most basic issues, for instance, what would be the level of the relationship among sex, gender, motricity and sexual orientation in human being?
