Psychological tests construction need specifics knowledges, little studied in the courses of formation in psychology in Brazil, then, this study investigated the structure and the internal consistency of an instrument that evaluate the ‘importance’ and ‘knowledge’ of students’ of psychology regarding activities of psychological assessment. 197 university students of five years of the course of the course of psychology participated, mean 22,64 years, being that 77,7 % was women. There was carried out the study of the general scale, study of the scale of ‘importance’ and know separately and studies of precision. Showed that the ‘importance’ presents a structure more definite than the ‘ knowledge’.
