This paper presents some aspects of the psychoanalytic experience of a boy in tender age with anorexia and other difficulties. It is observed that the environment's initial failures of adaptation to his needs while a baby became a pattern of relationship between his home and himself. The continuity of adaptation failures has been interfering with the desired development of other areas of his maturational development, besides of his oral sexuality. These failures are mainly characterized by suppression of his capacity to experience the spontaneous aggressive impulse, which in its turn serves the purpose to maintain the repression´s action.
